How do I know that the product you are sending me is a genuine product?
All products that are prescribed by our European doctors and dispensed by our fully qualified pharmacies are genuine products. Generics are also available but clearly marked and lower priced than genuine brand products. All medications are sent in the original manufacturers packaging. These have the manufacturers batch numbers printed on the packaging. In some cases the packaging does vary from standard US&UK formats, however this is just a standard manufacturers variation for different countries. An example of this packaging difference is tablets in New Zealand , Australia and the UK . Most products supplied by will also include the package inserts from the manufacturer. Can I return Items?

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, or part of your order, at anytime prior to it being dispatched by . To notify us that you wish to cancel your order please contact us by e-mail immediately. Please note that we normally dispatch products within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
How do I place an order?

Click on the product you wish to buy and click BUY. Answer the Medical Questionnaire and proceed to enter your credit card details. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All orders dispatched from our World-Wide Pharmacy are shipped by International Registered Post which normally takes 7-15 working days for you to receive your goods from the date that your order was placed.
Orders dispensed out of the UK to UK customers normally takes 2-3 days.
Are you able to supply products that are not listed on your website?
Yes, you can submit a query to email@example.com and we will investigate the medication you are looking for. We cannot guarantee being able to supply you with your request but we certainly will try our best.

Is it legal to order these products even if they are prescription medications?
Yes! Most countries have clear policies, which allow the importation of prescription medication for personal use. The USA and the UK as well as many other countries have very clear policies, which allow the importation of prescription medication for personal use. In case your order is witheld by customs in your country and NOT released to either yourself or sent back to Prs4you, then Prs4you CANNOT issue a refund for the product. It is up to the customer to research whether the product is permitted for importation.
Do I need an online prescription to order from ?
YES! When you order items from our UK Pharmacy on selection of any of these items you will be automatically taken to our European Doctors Medical Questionnaire. If you fill it in leaving the default answers as they are there is usually no problem with obtaining a prescription. If you alter any of the default answers then usually a follow-up is undertaken by our online doctor and you will be notified within 24 hours as to whether you may be able to obtain a prescription or not. If you order any items from our World-Wide Pharmacy, does not require you to forward a prescription. However prescription medications should be taken under the guidance of a doctor. We request the customer to inform their family doctor of any medications that they are taking.

Where do you ship your medications from?
All our Brand and Generic Products are shipped internationally from overseas pharmacies by EMS, Registered Mail and Normal Airmail.
How long do I have to wait for my shipping?
International order take about 7 - 14 working days, depending on the day sent. If a weekend or holiday fall in between it could be up to 7 days. Usually 10-15 working days to the USA.
What if I have a shipping problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order (for example, if you are missing something, or you received the wrong product or custom / border issues) please contact us with your name, order number and a description of the problem. You should receive a response within 24 business hours. Orders that are retained by customs in your country and not returned to our head office in London are not eligible for a refund or re-shipment. What if I need a refund?
We issue refunds if a customer cancels their order within 24 hours, or if they return their delivered order UNOPENED to our head office in London. See our contact details for our address.
